• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and experience across different accounting areas
• Experience with 1C:8 (Human), Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with HR administration and personnel records
• English proficiency for professional communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
