What you will do
- Support the production team with day-to-day project operations and internal and external communication.
- Plan and track tasks and milestones to ensure delivery within agreed schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate review and approval processes and track the quality of project deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide feedback on deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between design, art, programming, publisher, developer, and outsourcing teams.
- Use Scrum software development practices to support the project pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; management or game design major preferred.
- Mature personality with the ability to manage relationships at a senior level and work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Creative and pragmatic approach to solving obstacles during project development.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of and passion for games.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and maintain high self-motivation.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, high work standards, and commitment to the development process.
Nice to have
- Overseas education experience.
- Familiarity with Scrum.
