AI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop AI solutions from business objective discovery through production deployment, including generative AI and large language models.
• Industrialize traditional machine learning and generative AI systems using MLOps practices for scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement cloud-based advanced analytics platforms for large-scale data science operations.
• Build agentic AI workflows and reusable LLM components.
• Use cloud tools, APIs, and SDKs from OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or in a similar role, including hands-on development and deployment of AI and ML solutions.
• Real-world experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques.
• Strong understanding of data science fundamentals, solution lifecycles, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with multi-component and agentic AI patterns.
• Proficiency in software development and AI/ML system implementation using Python, R, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, Pydantic, Azure Databricks, MLflow, Google Vertex AI, and cloud-native LLM hosting and tuning platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in data and analytics consulting or delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based solutions to clients.
• Data engineering experience and understanding of its impact on generative and predictive model performance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP for infrastructure, data pipelines, and monitoring AI/ML and LLM systems.
• Certifications in ML system development or cloud AI platforms, including Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or Google Cloud ML Engineer.
• Training in LLMs and generative AI.
