Associate Manager - HRBP

What you will do

• Present and model HR philosophy and policies while shaping workplace culture.
• Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees.
• Resolve employee relations and policy-adherence issues through coaching and counseling.
• Assist with planning, preparation, hosting, and administration of required employee orientations.
• Document personnel actions and provide information to payroll.
• Identify process improvements and lead or participate in HR process optimization projects.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in HR functional areas, including HR business partnering, recruitment, HR shared services, labor compliance, labor relations, occupational health and safety, compensation and benefits, talent development, or payroll.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to provide HR consulting and partner effectively with operational and senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-management, negotiation, and communication skills, including the ability to guide and influence operational leaders.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder styles in a fast-paced environment.
