Accounting Methodology & Automation Manager (ERP/1C)

What you will do

• Develop accounting methodology for merchant and agency models, prepayment and postpayment, and B2B/B2C transactions across hotels, air, rail, transfers, and ancillary services.
• Design accounting rules, posting logic, chart-of-accounts requirements, data sources, field mappings, document flows, and reconciliation logic for ERP and 1C.
• Translate business scenarios, products, contracts, and process changes into accounting requirements and technical specifications for developers and business analysts.
• Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and business teams to automate accounting, supplier and partner settlements, intercompany balances, and dispute handling.
• Support ERP implementation and rollout to new entities, including migration rules, process standardization, operational accounting guidance, and UAT before go-live.
• Assess new products, contracts, and system changes under IFRS, review supplier and partner contracts from accounting and VAT perspectives, and improve invoicing and payment processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in accounting methodology, process automation, or accounting systems implementation.
• Solid IFRS knowledge, particularly IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and principal-versus-agent considerations.
• Practical ERP or 1C experience beyond day-to-day usage, including accounting logic, posting rules, and document flows.
• Experience translating business requirements into accounting methodology and technical specifications for developers or business analysts.
• Understanding of accounting process and data-flow automation across different systems, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large Excel datasets, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, deliver results, and explain complex accounting matters to finance and technical teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher required.

• Practical SQL experience or experience writing queries to retrieve and analyze data.
