Reporting, Process Excellence & Data Science Director (FP&A)

What you will do

• Design and govern standardized FP&A reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, and reporting cycles for executive, headquarters, and local stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes and improve the accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and scalability of financial and operational reporting.
• Define FP&A process standards, documentation, workflows, KPI dictionaries, and governance practices across brands and local offices.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, FP&A teams, IT, and Finance Transformation teams to interpret forecasts, improve data architecture, and strengthen data quality.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models, scenario analyses, and advanced forecasting tools for revenue, costs, occupancy, and other key metrics.
• Lead Data, Reporting, and Process Excellence Analysts while setting the strategic roadmap for analytics and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in finance, analytics, reporting, or related functions, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, managing teams, and driving strategic transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, and analytical and reporting tools including Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and standardization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, coaching, and team management skills across executive, headquarters, and local teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and influence strategic decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, international, and matrix organizations, with a strong focus on governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
