Senior Software Engineer, Bio - iOS

Location: Remote anywhere in Portugal or hybrid from the Lisbon office; alternatively, hybrid in London, UK with 3 days onsite.

What you will do

• Build new products and extend existing products for the iOS document-capture SDK experience.
• Design and deliver scalable, highly available, performant, and resilient mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers using iOS SDK expertise, API design, and mobile engineering practices.
• Prototype and iterate Swift solutions supporting multiple devices, accessibility standards, and easy customer integration.
• Improve reliability and safety of continuous delivery through test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to retrospectives, feedback, psychological safety, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on iOS development experience.
• Good understanding of Apple design guidelines, mobile user experience principles, and practices for intuitive, responsive interfaces.
• Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and back-end services.
• Strong experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• A portfolio of published apps on the App Store.
• iOS SDK development experience.
• React Native and Flutter experience.
