Graphic Designer & Web Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the visual brand across web, campaigns, social media, presentations, merchandise, print, and events.
• Design, build, update, troubleshoot, and deploy website pages using AI-native workflows and modern web tools.
• Monitor website performance and UX through analytics and user behaviour, then identify and implement improvements.
• Take quick-turnaround requests and larger projects from brief to final execution while maintaining a consistent visual standard.
• Own merchandise and print design through production, including production-ready artwork, supplier coordination, samples, and final quality.
• Use AI for ideation, design, prototyping, web execution, and problem-solving, while following relevant design, web, AI, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Senior level with at least 6 years of professional design experience.
• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating visual judgement, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
• Professional experience with brands and visual identities across digital and physical formats.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI tools, including real work shipped using them.
• Comfort using AI-assisted web workflows to build, edit, troubleshoot, and deploy web pages.
• Experience with print and merchandise production, production-ready artwork, and direct supplier coordination.
• Examples of projects personally taken from initial brief to finished output.
• High ownership, resourcefulness, technical curiosity, and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Comfort with direct feedback, fast iteration, and changing priorities. Fluent English required.
