Experienced Motion Designer

What you will do

• Lead motion projects from concept, storyboards, and animatics through execution and final delivery.
• Partner with PMMs, Creative Directors, Product, and internal stakeholders to shape creative direction and move projects forward.
• Provide creative and professional guidance to motion designers and animators.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining high craft and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with designers to bring hirify.global products and brand experiences to life through motion.
• Explore emerging motion design trends, techniques, tools, and AI-enhanced creative workflows.

Requirements

• Strong background in motion design, with deep understanding of motion and visual storytelling and a portfolio showing complex, high-quality work.
• Design-first expertise in typography, composition, color, visual storytelling, visual hierarchy, motion design, and animation principles.
• Strong proficiency across motion and design tools, with adaptability to new software, technologies, and AI-powered workflows.
• Proven experience leading complex projects or creative processes from start to finish.
• Experience providing creative direction or professional guidance to designers or animators.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional environments and decision-making.
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn ideas and static designs into compelling motion stories.
• Proactive and independent approach, with the ability to move work forward without close supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience with 3D workflows and AI-enhanced creative tools.
