HR Business Partner (People Partner Expert)

Location: Mechelen, Belgium. Hybrid work: presence in the office at least three days per week during the first six months; remote work from home is available on other days.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted strategic people partner to senior leadership, Tribe Leads, People Leaders, and leadership teams.
• Translate business strategies into people priorities, action plans, and sustainable organizational solutions.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, performance, and employee development.
• Support leaders and leadership teams through organizational and business transformations, taking the lead on people topics.
• Use people insights and data to support decisions and measure impact.
• Contribute to leadership development, team effectiveness, an inclusive culture, and constructive employee relations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, People Partnering, or a comparable strategic people role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex and changing environments, including change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Solid knowledge of labour legislation and employee relations.
