Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; onsite role.

What you will do

• Drive enterprise analytics maturity for Off Road Operations by leading data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
• Provide data-driven insights that influence business strategy and operational decisions.
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics tools, reports, real-time reporting, and visualization capabilities.
• Design executive reports and presentations using business storytelling to communicate strategic insights.
• Represent Off-Road Operations on I/S projects, ensuring system capability, budget, schedule, and delivery quality.
• Partner with manufacturing, business-unit functions, and hirify.global Innovation teams to develop engagement strategies and actionable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Excellent presentation, communication, business storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Experience rationalizing and processing data from diverse sources through ETL.
• High proficiency with SQL, Power BI, R, Python, and Alteryx for data mining, visualization, predictive modeling, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and predictive and analytical modeling techniques.
