Location: Full time remote job - from time to time team meetings in person

What you will do

  • Develop and expand the regular customer base through proactive customer acquisition and inbound customer leads.
  • Achieve established sales plans and KPIs.
  • Handle incoming requests promptly and with high quality, maintaining effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messengers.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Assist customers in using their personal accounts, submitting requests, and placing orders.
  • Monitor and control payments.

Requirements

  • First experiences in sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, sell effectively, and achieve results
  • Proficiency in German (required) and good knowledge of English for internal communication
  • Ability to negotiate and correspond fluently and professionally in foreign languages
  • Technical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand product specifics
  • Experience of living abroad (preferred)
  • High level of responsibility, determination, and flexibility
  • Social intelligence, empathy, and a friendly approach to communication
