Accounting & Finance Analyst

Location: Remote; Astana, Kazakhstan

Salary: USD 1,500–2,000 net per month

What you will do

• Assess prospective clients’ financial health by reviewing statements, identifying red flags, and preparing snapshots for credit decisions.
• Analyze new deals using revenue trends, cash flow patterns, and operational performance to identify potential exposure before funding.
• Prepare deal summaries and financial reports using internal templates.
• Monitor active accounts for compliance with financial thresholds and contractual obligations.
• Maintain deal data in internal systems and track deals from submission through funding, including follow-ups, handoffs, and outstanding requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Account Management on account status and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or risk-related roles.
• Experience in financial due diligence, credit analysis, loan monitoring, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Ability to read financial statements, cash flow data, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in banking, lending, consulting, or corporate finance is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
