Finance Reporting & Administration Specialist (Future Team Lead) (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Support the transition of Finance Reporting & Administration activities into hirify.global Business Services.
• Own selected accounting and Record-to-Report processes during migration and stabilization.
• Partner with finance teams across multiple countries on knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Contribute to the development of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and a scalable finance organization.
• Help develop a collaborative, service-oriented team with future people leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Several years of Finance and Accounting experience in an international and/or multi-entity environment.
• Strong practical expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany Accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori in a complex finance environment.
• Ability to understand end-to-end finance processes and identify improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Confidence working in a growing and evolving environment where new ways of working are being built.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, Finance Transformation, or process migration environments.
