Social Media Video Editor (Gaming)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Office-first work requires working primarily from Warsaw for a minimum of 10 days per month; remote-first work is available from locations within +/- 3 hours of Warsaw.

Salary: 10,300–14,200 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Edit short-form, mobile-first videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and other social platforms.
• Turn creative briefs, campaign objectives, and community trends into video concepts, scripts, shot lists, and rapid-turnaround content.
• Create and adapt motion graphics, animated typography, captions, UI overlays, subtitles, localized text, and platform-specific exports.
• Handle gameplay capture from internal game builds, including gameplay moments, b-roll, character sequences, and custom shots.
• Perform basic color correction, dialogue cleanup, sound design, music editing, voice-over balancing, and audio optimization for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Community, Brand, Marketing, Motion Design, and Game Capture teams while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional video-editing experience, preferably in short-form social media content, entertainment marketing, agency work, or branded digital content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, including animated typography, UI animations, templates, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling, opening hooks, pacing, audience retention, and platform conventions across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Practical experience with dialogue cleanup, sound design, music editing, basic color correction, and mobile audio optimization.
• Ability to manage video projects independently from brief to delivery, work under tight deadlines, and maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Good knowledge of CD PROJEKT RED games, characters, lore, and universes.
• Very good written and spoken English is required for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Passion for video games, social media trends, and internet culture.

Nice to have

• Experience capturing gameplay footage with game engines or internal development builds.
• Familiarity with smartphone videography, lighting, or basic on-set shooting.
• Experience managing or growing brand-focused or gaming-focused social media channels.
