QA Manual Tester (Arabic + English)

What you will do

• Create and maintain Arabic language maps for financial and accounting data, terminology, regulatory concepts, chart-of-accounts mappings, and reporting structures.
• Translate complex Arabic financial documents into precise English and interpret spoken Arabic during meetings, calls, and review sessions.
• Analyze contracts, policies, statements, invoices, and other Arabic source materials to identify financial details requiring recording, reconciliation, escalation, or clarification.
• Review translations, validate terminology and classifications, identify reporting risks or discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with finance and accounting teams.
• Document translation decisions, financial phrases, mapping rules, glossaries, and workflow improvements for audits, training, and future reviews.
• Support time-sensitive translation, reconciliation, and financial closing activities while protecting sensitive financial information.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in spoken Arabic and English, including diverse Arabic regional accents and financial terminology, with the ability to produce formal business English.
• Strong experience translating Arabic to English, particularly financial statements, accounting records, and commercial documents, with precise representation of monetary values and contractual obligations.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting concepts, including ledgers, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting cycles.
• Two to four years of hands-on experience in Arabic language roles within finance-related environments such as shared service centers, banks, or accounting departments.
• Ability to work from the office on rotational shifts and respond to urgent translation tasks aligned with closing calendars and reporting deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, structured documentation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests while meeting agreed turnaround times.
• Familiarity with productivity tools and finance systems used for document management and data entry.
