Release Manager (Cloud/Software)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid

Salary: from €2,600 gross/month, with a performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary paid twice a year.

What you will do

• Manage and improve cloud and software release processes for reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and staging activities across single or multiple products.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to unify release procedures, negotiate release plans, and optimize release cycles.
• Coordinate announcements, customized installation packages for different markets, license-rule verification, documentation updates, and release-history maintenance.
• Perform post-release verification, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure releases and minor updates are delivered quickly.
• Act as deputy for other release managers and support release governance and compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud or software release management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development life cycles.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• English at minimum B2 level.
