Affiliate Manager (Forex & Crypto)

Location: Ukraine, Kyiv; onsite for Kyiv residents or fully remote

hirify.global is recruiting for a company operating international Forex and Crypto campaigns.

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, onboard, activate, and manage affiliates, publishers, Introducing Brokers, and traffic partners.
• Build affiliate relationships and negotiate CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and hybrid commission arrangements.
• Scale profitable traffic across Tier 1, Tier 2, and LATAM markets, traffic sources, offers, and conversion funnels.
• Monitor deposits, FTDs, conversions, acquisition costs, revenue, ROI, and profit.
• Evaluate traffic quality, identify suspicious activity, and collaborate on fraud prevention.
• Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams while tracking and reporting portfolio performance using campaign data.

Requirements

• Regular level: at least 1 year of relevant Forex/Crypto affiliate management experience, working knowledge of affiliate programmes and traffic acquisition, and hands-on partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and monitoring.
• Regular level: ability to develop an affiliate portfolio with guidance.
• Middle level: ability to independently manage affiliate relationships, recruit and activate revenue-generating partners, negotiate commercial terms, and optimize partner performance.
• Middle level: demonstrable results in FTDs, revenue, traffic volumes, and profitability.
• Senior level: an established network of active Forex/Crypto affiliates and a proven record of independently generating substantial revenue and profitable acquisition.
• Senior level: experience scaling affiliate partnerships across multiple geographical markets and negotiating significant commercial agreements.
• Senior level: ability to manage high-performing affiliate portfolios, with demonstrable results covering profit, revenue, FTDs, active partner numbers, and reporting periods.
• Senior level: high commercial ownership, autonomy, and strategic decision-making.
