What you will do
- Own and lead the content roadmap for the Sofia studio, including roadmap sign-off, content priorities, capacity, and strategy.
- Contribute to game concepts, specifications, mechanics, mathematical models, and development with the Art Lead, Technical Lead, and studio team.
- Collaborate with studio, strategy, portfolio, regional, marketing, and data teams to align content with EU-market and key-market needs.
- Use market, operator, player, and business intelligence to guide new and legacy content choices.
- Lead selected games from concept through completion and participate in innovative content, platform, and market initiatives.
- Represent game roadmaps and strategy in leadership, business, industry, and partner discussions while maintaining relationships with key team leads.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of game themes, mechanics, mathematical models, and market trends.
- Ability to lead game concepts and content roadmaps and ensure high-quality game production.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, strategy, portfolio, regional, marketing, and data teams.
- Ability to analyze market, operator, player, and business intelligence to support content decisions.
- Willingness to play new games, monitor competitors, observe market trends, and help maintain industry leadership.
- Availability to attend and present at wider business sessions, industry conferences, and events when required.
