Test Engineer (Mobile/Web) (Unite Cloud): Performing manual testing of mobile and web features and bug fixes for a cloud platform connecting clinics, labs, and service providers with an accent on API testing, defect tracking, and test documentation. Focus on analyzing requirements, identifying risks early, and improving test automation and testing processes in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine — hybrid work in the UNIT.City office

What you will do

  • Perform manual testing of features and bug fixes in mobile and web environments.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain test documentation based on requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and improve testing processes.
  • Work in a cross-functional Ukrainian-Danish Scrum team developing Unite Cloud, a platform connecting clinics, labs, and service providers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience testing mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • API testing experience with tools such as Postman.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential risks early.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Experience creating test documentation and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with browser developer tools.
  • Experience with virtual machines, including VMware and Azure VMs.
  • Basic understanding of Git.
  • Experience with document management systems such as Jama or SharePoint.
  • Strong mobile test automation experience.
