Base salary: $212,000–$318,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
Company
hirify.global is a global biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for serious diseases, with a portfolio spanning sleep disorders, epilepsy, oncology, and neuroscience.
What you will do
Define and execute global payer evidence strategy and serve as the US HEOR lead for pipeline assets from Phase 2/3 through launch.
Integrate payer, formulary, and HTA evidence requirements into clinical trial protocols, including comparators, endpoints, PROs, HRQoL, resource-use measures, and rare-disease evidence approaches.
Lead health economic modeling, including conceptual models, cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, Markov models, partitioned survival models, microsimulation, and probabilistic sensitivity analyses.
Direct global core models, Global Value Dossiers, systematic literature reviews, US AMCP PIE dossiers, burden-of-illness dossiers, and US payer field tools.
Partner with EU/INT HEOR teams on HTA strategies and analytical packages, including indirect comparisons, network meta-analyses, and country adaptations for JCA, NICE, G-BA, CADTH, and other bodies.
Lead launch-readiness workstreams, real-world evidence studies, scientific publications, cross-functional governance, and mentorship of HEOR colleagues.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher, such as MSc, MS, MPH, or PhD, in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, or a closely related quantitative field.
7–10 years of HEOR, Global Value, or Health Economics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or a top-tier HEOR consulting firm.
Direct experience leading HEOR strategy and deliverables for pipeline assets, including Phase 2/3 protocol integration, endpoint development, and global launch readiness.
Experience managing regional evidence trade-offs during Phase 2/3 protocol development and collaborating with Clinical Development, Commercial Development, Biostatistics, and regional HEOR teams.
Experience launching at least two assets as a US HEOR lead or country-level HTA lead; above-country HEOR product leadership is preferred.
Proven US pre-launch HEOR experience, including AMCP PIE dossiers, US budget impact models, payer field enablement, or significant exposure to these deliverables from a global role.
Hands-on experience designing, overseeing, or adapting health economic models and working with data-sparse pipeline environments.
Strong knowledge of US managed care and market access, global HTA frameworks, rare-disease evidence challenges, natural history studies, registries, external controls, surrogate endpoints, and specialized HTA pathways.
Established HEOR or clinical publication record in peer-reviewed journals, or demonstrated HTA success; exceptional written and verbal communication and matrix leadership skills.
Nice to have
Experience with neurology assets.
Direct experience in rare disease, orphan drug, or highly specialized pipeline programs.

Full-time employment with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) retirement savings plan and flexible paid vacation.
Potential discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation and equity grants.
