Visual Communicator - Creative Producer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video and multimedia production, including creative concepts, scripting, editing, and final delivery.
• Translate complex business and financial topics into visual stories for different audiences and platforms.
• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro with motion graphics, audio, captions, and branded visual elements.
• Manage creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, revisions, production timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate color grading, sound mixing, quality control, multi-format exports, media assets, and production documentation.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve editing workflows and accelerate content creation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional video editing and multimedia production experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and visual communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, audio editing, sound design, and video post-production.
• Experience producing corporate videos, executive communications, podcasts, webinars, and social media content.
• Experience managing creative projects, stakeholder feedback, and multiple production deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for video editing and content creation.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, process automation, workflow recommendations, and optimization.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics animation.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Frame.io.
• Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with virtual production tools such as Riverside or Descript.
