Associate Deal Manager (Brand Partnerships)

What you will do

• Coordinate signed brand partnership deals for the Americas with Hunters, partners, marketing, legal, and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Manage technical, operational, and financial setup, including product and agreement submissions.
• Track timelines, key milestones, dates, commercial terms, and contract updates.
• Coordinate the submission of marketing assets between partners and the marketing team.
• Define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives with sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assess program risks, propose mitigation strategies, and report findings to managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Confidence communicating with senior management, including Marketing Directors.
• Fluent English.
