External Development Producer (Gaming)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity. Relocation to Poland is required for candidates residing abroad.

Salary: 10,700–19,000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Coordinate development teams, external partners, milestone deliveries, console submissions, and build preparation.
• Review product milestones and provide feedback with senior production stakeholders.
• Support development processes, tools, workflows, and day-to-day project operations.
• Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate plans, dependencies, communication, and task flow across teams.
• Support business and legal processes with production information, budgets, contracts, and related documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience with complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Ability to work effectively across teams throughout the game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of game development and production processes, plus an understanding of software development life cycles and tools.
• Broad knowledge of global gaming trends and player expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Very strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Fluent English and familiarity with common gaming industry terminology.
