Manual QA Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and define test acceptance criteria.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases for software functionality.
• Identify, document, and report defects clearly.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Improve manual testing processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, stay current with testing practices, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in manual testing, focused on web and mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and report defects.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
