UGC Video Creator (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid in Kaunas, Lithuania; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or another suitable location

Salary: €2,200–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Create UGC-style videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Test hirify.global features on real cars and turn technical functionality into accessible, engaging content.
• Film and edit original videos using a phone and lightweight equipment.
• Attend car events and meets, capture stories, and build relationships with enthusiasts.
• Interview car owners, mechanics and automotive enthusiasts as confidence develops.
• Follow automotive and creator trends, pitch new formats and develop original content series.

Requirements

• Natural, confident on-camera presence; an introductory video talking about a car can serve as the starting portfolio.
• Excellent spoken English and conversational Lithuanian required.
• Genuine interest in cars and automotive culture, with curiosity about how cars work.
• Some experience creating short-form social media content and understanding of audience retention.
• Strong storytelling skills, including attracting attention and maintaining viewer interest.
• Ability to film and edit videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Confidence approaching and speaking with strangers at events.
• Initiative, creativity and ownership of ideas from concept through execution.
• Valid driver's license.

• Experience creating automotive content or a personal interest in car culture.
