R&D Data & Systems Management

What you will do

• Lead systems-related activities across MEA and represent R&D in global management systems forums.
• Coordinate R&D data input and management across HIVE, Agile, Atlas, and other systems.
• Manage specifications-related systems and act as the R&D point of contact for systems management.
• Ensure data quality, accurate records, and organizational compliance with R&D data commitments.
• Lead internal audits and track KPIs related to R&D data quality and record keeping.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support R&D strategy and MEA objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or General Science.
• 0–3 years of experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proficient English and Arabic.
• Basic knowledge of key product characteristics, analytical methods, and organoleptic attributes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
• Technical and professional curiosity, with a desire to learn, share knowledge, and apply best practices.
