Product Designer (Website & App)

What you will do

• Clarify requirements, user needs, and constraints, then develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Own UI delivery across the website, app, and member portal, covering responsive behavior, accessibility, permissions, interaction states, and edge cases.
• Maintain and evolve design-system components, variants, reusable patterns, and guidelines in collaboration with developers.
• Explain design rationale, assess stakeholder feedback, and balance usability, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Use research, operational feedback, and product metrics for lightweight validation and design evaluation.
• Provide implementation specifications, review delivered experiences with developers, and identify practical AI applications for UX writing, exploration, prototyping, and design checks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, UI, or UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating web design expertise.
• Portfolio evidence of UX reasoning, visual craft, clear personal contributions, and evidence-informed design decisions.
• Excellent UX and visual design judgment, including the ability to simplify complex requirements into coherent user flows.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience maintaining or evolving design systems.
• Ability to independently drive design from early exploration through validation, handoff, and QA.
• Practical experience integrating AI-assisted tools into real design workflows.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional communication skills.
