Social & Marketing Coordinator (Crypto/Streaming)

What you will do

• Monitor trends across KICK, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, TikTok, Discord, crypto, and streaming communities and turn them into campaign ideas.
• Run social PR by pitching and placing content with large social pages and press outlets.
• Coordinate campaign moments around signings, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Oversee CPM-based clipping and UGC creator networks, including spend and performance monitoring.
• Maintain creator lists, payout files, campaign trackers, reporting data, and approval statuses.
• Coordinate creators, pages, outlets, and internal teams to move ambiguous requests from idea to completed work.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in streaming, crypto, and internet culture, with a strong sense of what audiences will notice and share.
• Strong marketing instincts and the ability to explain why ideas will appeal to specific audiences.
• High attention to detail and confidence managing spreadsheets, trackers, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and basic campaign tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships across creators, social pages, media outlets, and internal teams.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with a bias toward action and the ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear next steps and completed work.
• Strong organisation, dependability, commercial awareness, audience focus, and clear communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Discord communities, clipping or UGC networks, or CPM-based creator programs.
• Experience in streaming, gaming, crypto, betting, or an adjacent industry.
