What you will do

• Lead SEO strategy and day-to-day delivery while serving as the primary client contact for SEO matters.
• Build quarterly and annual SEO roadmaps aligned with business priorities, product areas, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and implementation planning covering crawlability, indexation, performance, mobile usability, structured data, and internal linking.
• Develop content and on-page recommendations for products and services including accounts, cards, loans, investments, and branch pages.
• Lead GEO strategy for visibility across AI-powered search platforms and generative experiences.
• Manage Google Business Profile for branch locations, coordinate implementation with content, technology, analytics, and strategy teams, and report on organic, local, and AI search performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience managing large or enterprise-level clients.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, and local SEO.
• Good understanding of GEO and AI search optimization, including visibility across LLMs and generative search platforms.
• Hands-on experience optimizing Google Business Profile for multi-location businesses.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to guide the team and ensure implementation.
• SEO recommendations must meet regulated-environment standards for trust, accuracy, and compliance.
