Technical Delivery & Platform Experience (QE / Data / Technical Lead) (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Drive technical execution and cross-functional delivery for next-generation Agentic AI platforms.
• Lead quality engineering, system validation, test automation, and release management.
• Support AI platform readiness, workload analysis, and resource optimization.
• Develop telemetry, analytics, executive reporting, and data science initiatives.
• Shape AI product experiences, including conversational AI and user experience work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, quality engineering, validation, analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within software, platform, AI, or engineering organizations.

Nice to have

• Background in technical leadership, software quality engineering, system validation, data science, machine learning analytics, platform metrics and telemetry, product design, or AI product experience.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Quality Leader, Analytics Professional, or Data Scientist.
