Senior Python Developer

What You Will Do:
* Build and maintain high-load APIs(>= 3 billion requests per day) used by our mobile SDK and frontend dashboard teams with multiple GEO distributed points of presence.
* Develop asynchronous processes with Dramatiq and structure services using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Unit and integration tests.
* Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations such as SSO, Payment providers and attribution pipelines.
* Improve service quality(including reliability and availability) for third-party integrations and API-based product fetching from app stores.
* Work daily with technologies like Python, Django, FastAPI, DRF, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes, ETL, data sharding.
What We Expect:
* Desire to build best-in-class products and engineering solutions for it.
* Agility in finding a solution and using new approaches like AI code assistant(Cursor, Claude Code).
* 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer using Python, with a deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and performance optimisation.
* Proven ability to build and optimize APIs for high-load systems.
* Experience with Django, FastAPI, and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a strong advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you’re comfortable making decisions and proposing tradeoffs when needed.
