Lead Architect (Solution Architect DevOps Technologies) with German Language (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid or remote from Slovakia only; office location in Košice

Salary: Base salary from €2,500 gross per month, negotiable based on seniority and experience, plus variable and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and support ICT components, cloud solutions, applications, and Microsoft-based services.
• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of scalable, stable, and efficient Microsoft and cloud architectures.
• Build and implement public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
• Support migrations of IT infrastructures and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
• Coordinate complex third-level activities, improve IT services and infrastructure, and ensure relevant KPIs.
• Advise customers, management, and project teams; mentor colleagues; coordinate stakeholders and vendors, especially Microsoft.

Requirements

• German at B2–C1 level is mandatory; English at B2–C1 is preferred.
• Master’s or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, Azure Stack, MS SQL Server, O365, and Dynamics365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft product licensing and solution design in an IT outsourcing environment.
• Knowledge of applications, infrastructures, architecture concepts, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and security.
• Experience with cloud computing across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as DevOps practices.
• Relevant technical certifications, such as MCSE, MCSD, or other cloud/DevOps certifications.
• Experience in project management, quality management, and financial literacy.
• Leadership, presentation, negotiation, mentoring, training, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and hands-on team-player skills.
• Due to customer-specific requirements, the selected candidate must present an extract from the Criminal Register for inspection only.
