What you will do

  • Support Client Services teams with affiliate programme operations for major network clients.
  • Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programmes and help communicate details to publisher partners.
  • Produce regular reports, extract and manipulate data, and prepare gap analysis reports.
  • Recruit affiliates in collaboration with account management and publisher teams.
  • Perform programme audits, monitor affiliate performance and network compliance, and conduct account health checks and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage assigned projects and cases proactively, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required for daily communication with internal staff and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet multiple client deadlines.
  • Willingness to support peers and take on additional tasks.
  • Impeccable attention to detail in internal- and external-facing work.
  • Proactive approach to improving efficiency and work quality.
  • Ability to take responsibility for individual work and arrange appropriate cover during time off.
  • After settling into the role, ability to be approachable and help train more junior staff.
  • Entry-level suitability and interest in starting a career in affiliate marketing.
