Finance Specialist

Location: Ukraine; fully remote. Ideally aligned with the CET or EET time zone.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as management reports.
• Participate in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team.
• Support monthly budget updates, plan-versus-actual analysis, annual budgets, and financial models.
• Organize financial documentation, review financial statements and tax declarations, coordinate with external accountants, and support audits.
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate compensation data across systems.
• Draft and review financial contract sections, prepare board-meeting documentation, and provide financial insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes.
• Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks.
• Advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and budgeting systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 1.5–2 years of experience in finance or audit at a Big Four company or in FMCG.
