Citrix/RDS Senior ICT Engineer with German (m/f/d) (Citrix)

Location: Hybrid or remote from Slovakia only; office location in Košice.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €1,850 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain assigned ICT technologies and solutions.
• Operate data center services and manage software deployment.
• Handle request, incident, change, and problem tickets and drive continuous service improvements.
• Work independently or as part of a team while coordinating implementation steps with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and independently troubleshoot incidents and errors within the defined area of expertise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler, Citrix DaaS, Citrix PVS and MCS, Microsoft Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, scripting including PowerShell, and Microsoft AVD.
• Experience implementing IT solutions and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to plan implementation steps in an organized way and align with relevant stakeholders.
• Team-oriented working style.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
• German at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
• Due to customer-specific requirements, the selected candidate must present an extract from the Criminal Register for inspection.
