Location: Paris, France; position based in Paris and not open to discussion. Hybrid remote work policy.

What you will do
- Lead accounting, cleansing, reconciliation, and allocation of B2B and B2C revenue.
- Own cash forecasting, monitor expected cash inflows, and support day-to-day treasury activities.
- Strengthen internal controls across the Order-to-Cash cycle and ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties.
- Lead process automation initiatives using AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and execute bank payments based on validated documentation.
- Manage and mentor an intern, including workload allocation and professional development.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with significant experience in Accounts Receivable or revenue accounting.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in B2B/B2C revenue accounting, reconciliation, collections, and cash forecasting.
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, treasury processes, payment controls, and Segregation of Duties.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage deadlines and sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with AP, General Accounting, Royalties, and business stakeholders.
