Purchasing Analyst (AMERICAS)

Location: TUN ARIA 150, Tunisia; office-based role with regular US-shift work required.

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions, quotations, specifications, pricing, quantities, delivery requirements, and purchase orders.
• Analyze purchasing data, trends, and operational information to identify discrepancies, improvement opportunities, and root causes.
• Resolve purchasing issues with vendors, requesters, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the integration of purchasing tools, systems, and processes across operational workflows.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, document results, identify issues, and validate enhancements and process changes.
• Maintain accurate acquisition records and purchasing data for controls, reporting, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to interpret purchasing data, identify trends, communicate insights, investigate issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to support tool integration by identifying requirements and validating operational workflows.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, including test execution, issue identification, results documentation, and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences at different organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential business and vendor information appropriately.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, or purchasing functions and processes.
• Knowledge of vendor relationship management and purchasing issue resolution.
• Experience with data and reporting tools in purchasing or operational environments.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
