What you will do

• Execute financial-services transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory for clients.
• Perform complex analyses, identify key issues, and develop solutions and action plans.
• Apply methodological concepts and tools within client organizations to improve efficiency, strategy, risk management, costs, turnover, or customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities with the team.
• Guide consultants toward deliverables and support their professional development.
• Deliver internal and external training based on acquired expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry within Risk & Regulatory.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Knowledge of financial-sector products, trends, and processes at a strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with confidence in sharing opinions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to build expertise quickly, and motivation to help clients use these opportunities.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Luxembourgish.
