An international iGaming company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of HR to lead and develop our HR function.
📍 Location: Cyprus, Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)
💼 Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, HR operations and employee relations.
✔️ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
✔️ Drive end-to-end recruitment, including senior management and C-level positions.
✔️ Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and retention initiatives.
✔️ Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, benefits and HR administration.
✔️ Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and employment regulations.
✔️ Implement HR KPIs, reporting, performance management and process improvements.
✔️ Build and develop a high-performing HR team and support organisational growth.
What We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership position.
✅ Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations and people management.
✅ Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR compliance requirements.
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
✅ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage.
✅ Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
