Digital Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and design solutions for high-value analytical problems across teams and departments.
• Execute complex ad-hoc analyses using digital, enterprise, and database data resources, identifying insights and root causes.
• Summarize and visualize results and highlight insights for business interpretation.
• Maintain documentation of analytical solutions and methodologies.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements and development priorities.
• Develop proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytical tools, while coaching peers in a specialist analytical discipline.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting, database management, and/or data science models used in commercial or digital processes.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making.
• Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aviation industry, particularly in digital analytics or business analytics.
• Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques.
