DevOps Engineer (AWS/SRE)

Location: Hybrid in Ha Noi, Vietnam; remote-friendly and client-site work may be required depending on the project and team setup.

What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure for new and existing environments using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Support cloud migration and modernization, including AWS multi-account environments and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with a focus on operational visibility and reliability.
• Manage backup, high availability, and disaster recovery according to defined RTO/RPO requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation, runbooks, and incident procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and production operations.
• Practical experience with Terraform or AWS CDK and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and incident management.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, IAM, and cloud security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle assigned tasks independently and collaborate across technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building AWS infrastructure from the ground up or supporting new cloud environments.
• Exposure to on-premises-to-AWS migration, AWS Landing Zone, or multi-account environments.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise consulting projects.
