Scent Marketing Intern (Fragrance)

Location: Hybrid working, based in Jakarta, Indonesia; the role is described as onsite.

What you will do

• Monitor product launches, brand activations, and market insights using marketing databases.
• Extract and organize market data, product information, and reports through agency subscriptions and secondary research tools.
• Support monthly and quarterly newsletters, annual category overviews, and new product announcements.
• Lead product procurement and shipment processes, including sourcing, tracking, claims, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with hirify.global teams in Indonesia, regional and global offices, and external vendors.
• Create templates and dashboards, support reporting, and contribute to cross-functional marketing operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or another relevant discipline.
• Passion for the scent or fragrance-related industry.
• Ability to support marketing-related requests.
• Practice safety and good housekeeping.
• Computer proficiency.
