Software Quality Engineer (AI)

Location: Israel — Remote; Tel Aviv, Israel — Hybrid

What you will do

• Review software requirements and specifications to understand functionality, scope, and potential risks.
• Design, write, and execute manual test cases for complex features, including coverage, stability, and regression validation.
• Configure test environments for mobile applications and server-side components.
• Communicate with developers, QA members, product managers, and automation engineers to align on requirements and QA practices.
• Verify defect fixes and document and report issues using test management tools.

Requirements

• Technical work experience from previous jobs or military service.
• Basic QA methodologies are required.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• High-level written and spoken English is required.
• Motivation, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a client-server environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail and Jira.
