About the Role

You will independently handle customer inquiries by telephone and through online banking service channels. You will analyze customer needs, provide suitable solutions, identify cross-selling opportunities, refer them to advisors, and help maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Completed vocational education, with or without a school-leaving certificate
• Initial professional experience, ideally in a commercial field
• Customer and service orientation
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working with people
• Interest in innovative new media
• Communication skills
• Hands-on approach
• Teamwork
• Excellent German and good English language skills
