Software Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; flexible remote work combined with in-person collaboration, including one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do

• Lead or assist with customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Define tasks, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analyze customer requirements, run on-site or virtual workshops, validate scope, and support project cost management.
• Design, demonstrate, and configure solutions in the hirify.global platform, including objects and workflows supporting customer processes.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide product feedback to the Product Design team and knowledge base.
• Coordinate refined requirements and feedback with teams responsible for data migration, integrations, data analytics, and web portal design.

Requirements

• Proficient in English and French.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in software configuration and process design.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuine interest in emerging AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
