What you will do
- Onboard newly hired VIP account managers.
- Monitor VIP account manager performance and behavior.
- Ensure VIP account managers deliver an excellent player experience.
- Check VIP account manager's day-to-day work.
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English written and spoken.
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
- iGaming background is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Attention to details.
