Simulator Instructor I (Aviation)

Location: Guarulhos, Brazil; part-time, on-call fixed-term position.

What you will do

• Deliver training primarily in flight simulators or other training devices, and in ground school when required.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings according to hirify.global standards.
• Provide simulator flight instruction for type ratings and certificates while following hirify.global, manufacturer, and customer SOPs.
• Complete client training records, recommend remedial training when needed, and ensure effective handovers.
• Record simulator usage and discrepancies and track instructional qualification validity.
• Support curriculum and courseware creation as a subject matter expert when required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot License.
• Meet the minimum qualification and experience requirements for qualification as a Simulator Instructor.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
