Asset & Wealth Management, QIS, Quantitative Equity Portfolio Construction Analyst

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office role

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Optimize and rebalance equity portfolios across global equity strategies.
• Generate systematic trades and oversee execution.
• Implement and test new portfolios, including cash management.
• Conduct quantitative equity portfolio construction research.
• Monitor managed portfolio composition, performance, and risk.
• Drive investment process innovation and AI automation.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Matlab, R, C++, Java, or another programming language.
• Passion for equity investment and the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
