  • Experience with system development following recognized processes such as ARP4754.
  • Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements interpretation and writing, system architectures and designs, and requirements management, validation, and verification.
  • Knowledge of development principles for transformer rectifier units, power conditioning units, DC-DC converters, magnetics, battery chargers, landing gear control and indication systems, door and slide control and indication systems, and tire pressure monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with multiphysics modeling and simulation, including Simulink, circuit analysis, power supply topologies, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal English for technical reports, presentations, analyses, and organizational communication.
  • Where controlled data or information access is required, only US Persons will be considered. The role is subject to ITAR requirements.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work includes computer-based activities, small to medium hand and power tools, approximately 90% sitting and 10% standing, and lifting or pushing up to 20 pounds.
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance begins on the first day of the month.
  • Fifteen days of paid time off accruing from the first day of employment and 12 paid holidays per year.
